Each admission ticket may be used for one person for one day of swimming.

Reentry is permitted anytime during the same day of use
(visitors must show their admission ticket/band for reentry)

Admission tickets that have been lost or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Admission is permitted up to 1 hour before closing.

Pools are subject to close without notification in the event of construction of other circumstances.

Pictures or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Please let us know if you do not wish to be included in footage.

If the patio pool is closed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as a natural disaster, other hotel facilities/products may be offered as a substitute at the hotel’s discretion.

The hotel is not responsible for any injury, death, or loss of precious items that may result
from the use of the patio pool.

It is operated exclusively for guests to use the patio pool safely and comfortably.

All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.

Outside food is not permitted in the pool area (with the exception of baby food).

Outside shoes and/or slippers are not permitted inside the pool area.

Infants and toddlers are required to wear a swim diaper.

Pets are prohibited from entering the pool area.

Swimming tubes used inside the pool must have a diameter of 1 meter or less.

Swimming equipment (swim fins or snorkels) and toys (water guns) are prohibited.

Smoking, firecrackers, oily substances, and jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.) are prohibited.

Visitors are required to wear swimsuits when entering the pool area.

Children under the height of 1.3 meters must wear a life vest to prevent any accidents and must only enter the pool with adult supervision.

Swimmers are encouraged to warm up before entering the pool.

Room slippers are prohibited inside the pool area.

Guests are prohibited from entering the pool during water quality checks and other designated breaks.

CCTV is operated inside the pool area for the sole purpose of preventing safety accidents.

Pool operations will be immediately suspended if lightning is spotted in the vicinity.
